- Corporations are different from what they are used to be - its common sense to say that a corporation is no longer a person
These are related to the education debate:
- You can not automate culture
- Simplifying the future (to fit one's vision of it) doesn't work.
- Standardized testing only works when focus is narrowly defined
- What's interesting about the right's obsession with the gays and illegal immigrants is that as a group both are economics engines. From a liberterian / capitalists pov both of these groups would be left to there own devices, and each would easily find a niche in the economy.
- Politics are no longer left / right - the main thing is reconciliation from 20th century tech.
- Older power wants to maintain the progressive innovation model
- New power wants to embrace the adaptive innovation model
- Facebook works because they have tapped in to a need to recreate community ties between families and friends
