I was listening to a interview with Susan cain about her book The Power of Introverts.
Part of her premise is that our culture favors extroverts at the expense of alienating the skills introverts bring to the table.
This got me thinking that this extrovert bias might be because of our view of innovation.
Progressive innovtion tends to favor the less reflective more reactive attitude.
