Is it possible that the adaptation of methodology can be predictable by mapping out different life cycles? If so, how it will react in different environments could also be predictable.

According to the story there seems to be a correlation between the level of racism and the 'race mix' of an area -
very homogenous - little concern about racism
not quite intergrated - high racism
fully integrated - Lesser concern about racism.
